The last Arizona home auction brought a ton of home sales at a fraction of the current market value. Homes were sold at approximately 70% current market value. There were only 1000 seats with 3000 people showing up. Unfortunately 2/3 of the buyers were turned away. Get on our bus and you will be guaranteed to get in.

We will be able to pre-qualify you, prior to attending the auction, over coffee and bagels. Normal auctions required cash at the end of the auction but this one allows you 30 days to obtain financing for your purchase. Don't miss out on this opportunity to own a home at a large reduction in price.

I am partnering with Jason Servais at Countrywide Home Loans to help make sure financing is in place while I will represent you on the real estate side.

We will be registering clients from now until the next real estate auction to be held in February 2008. We will provide a ticket into the auction, coffee, bagels and a ride there. We will have a tour bus pick us up from a pre determined location and carpal to the auction. The auction requires $5000 down to bid and 5% of the purchase price on what ever you win.

I just received a call from the VA Affairs Department asking if I wanted to attend a focus group to offer suggestions or complaints pertaining to VA Loans. The VA Affairs Department is trying to make the program better for the veterans. They hope this will encourage Veterans to use their eligibility and the assistance available to purchase homes. I felt the veterans deserved a little of my time in order to improve the current VA Programs. I agreed to be present for this Agent/Broker only invitational focus group on 01/17/2008.

I will be a voice that is heard, so, I wanted to see if anyone else had something I should bring up to discuss. I will also post what I heard or observed during this meeting.
